About The Workshop

Did you know that in the last 40 years, the number of women entrepreneurs in Canada has grown 3.1 times faster than the number of men starting a new business? We are often told that women are "too risk adverse" and "too emotional" for business, but we can't help but think this is a lie perpetuated by patriarchy (what else is new). What if we are MADE for this? What if the way we do business is BETTER? What if COMMUNITY is how we sustain and grow our businesses? It's becoming more important than ever that we as women understand the nuts and bolts of our businesses so we have a fighting chance at not only surviving, but THRIVING!

"Mind Your Business" is a series designed for a cohort of only 25 women that will meet in-person weekly for the month of February to learn, grow, and share all things business together. Not only will you learn how to run your business, but you'll have a group of peers in the same very scary boat! This series is made for those just starting a business or in the beginning stages of planning! Let our faculty of expert women guide you through the process of building your business through planned lessons, storytelling, and answering your burning questions! You're a boss - time to start planning and thinking like one!

BONUS: You will get access to all the workshops from the It's Personal series! That's a lotta learnin'!

SERIES SCHEDULE

All workshops will take place at Monday Creative located at 877 E Hastings St #205, Vancouver, BC V6A 3Y1
